褚遂良: 黃絹本蘭亭敍

王羲之「蘭亭敘」為唐太宗殉葬後已永絕其跡，其風采僅可從摹本窺得。唐摹本以虞世南本、褚遂良本、馮承素本及褚黃絹本最為著名。是卷唯一之絹本，明代諸名家題跋錦上添花，故為最重要的傳本。

永和九年三月三日、王羲之は会稽山陰の蘭亭に名士を招いて雅宴を催し、このとき成った詩集の序文を書きました。これが、書道史上に無二の劇跡とうたわれる〈蘭亭叙〉です。本作は、その伝存模本のうち唯一の絹本で、錚々たる名家の題跋に彩られた、最重要の一帖です。

Ch'u Sui-liang : Copy of the Lan-t'ing-hsu (Orchid Pavilion Preface) on Buff Silk

Wang Hsi-chih's Len-t'ing-hsu was lost forever, buried following the death of the T'ang Emperor T'ai-tsung, and its style is imparted only by copies. Of these, those that are well-known are copies by Yu Shih-nan, Ch'u Sui-liang and Feng Ch'eng-su, as well as this buff silk version by Ch'u Sui-liang. This is the only silk copy, and is the most important version adorned with inscriptions by various famous Ming dynasty calligraphers.
